How a visit works
We come in the way a guest or customer would: the call, the website, the door, the greeting.
We write down the small moments that help or hurt, without turning it into an audit.
You get a short, plain list of fixes, plus training for the ones your team wants help with.
Grant-funded training
South Carolina's Incumbent Worker Training program, offered through SC Works and local workforce development boards, can reimburse eligible employers for skills-based training for their current employees.
We can help eligible South Carolina employers explore whether IWT is a fit, gather what an application asks for, and plan the training. Funding decisions are made by the local workforce board, and availability, deadlines and amounts vary by area and cycle. Nothing is approved until the board says so.
Typical requirements include being a South Carolina employer with at least one full-time employee besides the owner, being current on state unemployment insurance taxes, and having an active SC Works employer account. Learn more at scworks.org.
