Do you provide medical or personal care?
No. We don't provide medical or personal care or give medication. We can send reminders for appointments and refills. We handle the household admin around life, like scheduling, paperwork, vendors and errands.
Will you drive me or my parent somewhere?
No. We don't drive clients. We can book the ride or the appointment and keep everyone in the loop.
Can you help me pick or move my parent into a community?
No. Concierge is household admin only. We don't do placement, tours or move-in help.
